EVERPOWER Enterprise Training Academy Kick off Meeting

In order to meet the company's development strategy, rapidly improve the overall quality of the company's staff, and meet the company's needs for sustainable development, EVERPOWER has set up a training institute. On November 24, 2022, the Human Resources Department held an "internal lecturer mobilization meeting" in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company, and invited managers at or above the level of directors of all departments to attend the meeting. At the mobilization meeting, the Executive Dean of the Training Institute proposed that he hoped that outstanding professionals from all departments would participate in the internal trainer team, contribute light and heat to the cultivation of Hengtai's talent team, and contribute their wisdom and talents. Xiuyada people work hard to become the best themselves and build a stronger EVERPOWER!

The elites of all departments actively signed up to participate in the internal lecturer team, and six excellent internal trainers were finally selected by the Human Resources Department. On December 1, 2022, the Human Resources Department held the "EVERPOWER Training Academy Kick off Meeting" in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company. The internal trainers read aloud the team culture of internal trainers: mission, vision, values. Finally, we issued the appointment letters for the first internal trainers, and placed high hopes on the internal trainers, hoping that they would be good inheritors of knowledge accumulation, developers of high-quality courses and demonstration of wonderful teaching.

In the face of the rapid expansion of the company's scale, "how to effectively cultivate highly productive talents that meet the requirements of production technology and business, how to spread and precipitate the company's culture, knowledge and skills, and how to deeply empower employees of different professional lines" are the difficulties and challenges we face together, while selecting and training trainers from professional posts is an important measure. For this reason, we specially focus on training for internal trainers on "how to effectively improve the internal training effect". During the whole learning process, the students were full of energy and devotion, and had the "scholar" demeanor of EVERPOWER's internal lecturer.


Learning is not a day's work. The purpose of this project is to apply what we have learned. Next, all internal trainers will continue to learn in depth, carry out task development in terms of work scenarios, tasks, problems and other aspects in combination with post work, and extract and precipitate a batch of excellent internal training courses through this project learning. I hope that the internal trainers can always maintain this positive learning state, ignite themselves, and jointly transmit the "spark" power!
